To Be
HER
An 8-week wellness program cultivating mental health, physical strength, and self-discovery in middle and high school girls — one session at a time.
She is not who she was. She is becoming who she is meant to be.
— The To Be HER Philosophy
Built for girls.
By design.
To Be HER was created to meet girls exactly where they are — navigating the pressures of adolescence while searching for who they're becoming. Participants meet twice weekly for 1.5 hours to build lifelong tools for personal and social growth.
Rooted in the belief that wellness is holistic, each session weaves together movement, mindfulness, discussion, and reflection — creating a safe space for every girl to discover and celebrate herself.
Four phases.
One transformation.
Every two weeks, girls enter a new phase of growth — building on what came before, deepening the work, expanding the vision.
Explore self-discovery, examine limiting beliefs, and cultivate self-love through guided discussions and journaling.
Build healthy habits, reframe negative thoughts, and embrace movement as a powerful form of self-care.
Own personal transformation, move through setbacks with grace, and define what your best self truly looks like.
Trust intuition, strengthen relationships, and create a living plan for continuing to nurture mind, body, and spirit.
Four pillars,
every time.
Each 1.5-hour session is carefully structured around four core components — giving girls a consistent, supportive rhythm that deepens week after week.
Explore topics like emotions, self-love, healthy routines, and building confidence in a safe, guided group setting.
20-minute movement sessions including strength training, yoga, and dance therapy — connecting body and mind.
Breathing exercises, visualization, gratitude meditation, and body scanning to build presence and inner calm.
Thoughtful prompts exploring identity, self-love, habits, and personal growth — creating a private space for reflection.
