To celebrate International Women’s Month

Join us for an intentional evening designed to help you move your body, clear your mind, and reconnect with yourself. We’ll begin with a full-body lift to build strength and confidence, transition into a reflective journaling to help you release what’s heavy and realign with what you truly want, and close with guided meditation by Tamara Kailany to reset your nervous system and lock in your journaled desires.

You’ll also hear from three inspiring women in business, enjoy light refreshments, receive a take-home workout plan, and leave with meaningful connection and clarity.

This isn’t just a workout it’s a reset.

For our fitness piece please bring:

  • COME fueled

  • wear your favorite workout fit (if you have sage green, browns, tans)

  • water

  • lifting gloves or wrist straps

  • positive energy

For our meditation piece please bring:

  • a yoga mat and/or blanket

  • eye cover (if you would like)

For our journaling piece please bring:

  • journal and pen
