We will meet 2-3 times per week for personalized training sessions. You’ll also gain access to an app where you can log your workouts and track progress over time. Additionally, I will support you in habit formation and nutrition to help you achieve your goals.

Group Classes

Women's Strength is a dynamic fitness class designed for girls and women ages 15 and up, offering a fun and supportive environment to build strength and confidence. Each session includes a mindful moment, followed by a flow of warm-up, mobility exercises, strength training, cardio/core, and a relaxing cool-down. Participants should bring a water bottle,(optional) lifting gloves, and a towel, with a water station and locker room conveniently available on-site.
