An 8-Week Strength & Self-Growth Experience

Rooted in Reps is more than just a workout plan, it’s a full-body and full-mind reset. This 8-week program is designed to build strength from the ground up, helping you feel grounded in your body, clear in your mind, and confident in your progress.

You’ll train with intention, breathe with purpose, and grow through every rep.

What’s Included:

    •    3 Strength Training Days/Week

→ Total-body workouts with a focus on foundational movements: trap-bar deadlifts, pull-ups, and push-ups

    •    1 Cardio Conditioning Day/Week

→ Improve your heart health, endurance, and mental grit

    •    1 Guided Journal Entry/Week

→ Reflect on your mindset, progress, and purpose

→ Regulate stress, recover deeper, and reconnect with your “why”
