Program Focus:

Structure Overview:

Root & Reps is a 6-week holistic program focused on building mental resilience and physical strength through intentional habits, weekly mindset sessions, and guided workouts. Participants meet once a week for 60 minutes of breathwork, stretching, and mindset work, and use the app for their weekly workouts and journaling prompts. This program is paid upfront with a completion-based refund to encourage full

participation.

- Weekly In-Person Sessions: 60-minute guided stretch + breath work + journal prompt reflection

- App Access: 3 workouts per week (mix of strength, mobility, and movement challenges) & 2 meditations a week

- 2 Journaling Prompts: Released weekly to deepen mindset growth

- Accountability System: Check-ins through the app + a final in-person reflection to receive refund
